445 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 445 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 445 website and services available at 445.run, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 445 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend that you review this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
The 445 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that the use of online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 445's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
445 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, particularly before processing fund withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card or other documents confirming your identity and age. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or exploit any part of the platform. Any attempt to manipulate odds, game outcomes, or platform systems in any way constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.
Users also agree not to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or that infringes the rights of third parties through any communication channel provided by the platform. 445 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, against users who breach these rules.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 445 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies without prior conversion.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method. 445 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user's account.
445 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Any funds found to be connected to fraud, money laundering, or violations of platform terms may be seized and reported to the relevant authorities. Users agree that 445 may request bank statements or other supporting documents as part of the verification process.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change at any time. The latest information on these limits is displayed in your account section after logging in.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 445 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 445 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, or technical errors.
While 445 strives to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. Users access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for the betting decisions they make.
Account Suspension & Closure
445 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Users whose accounts are properly closed and who are not in breach of these terms are entitled to claim their remaining funds in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 445 platform are the exclusive property of 445 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 445. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 445 platform shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia, unless both parties agree to an alternative method of resolution.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
